Job Title: HR. PRO & GRO Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to manage HR operations, government relations, and employee lifecycle management for our organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of HR functions while maintaining compliance with local regulations. This role is crucial in creating a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth operations across all branches and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all company documentation, including staff visas, permits, licenses, and approvals from local authorities.
- Manage government portal applications (QIWA, Muqeem, Mudad) for renewals, amendments, and compliance tasks.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, performance reviews, employee lifecycle management, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and provide a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate approvals for office and warehouse fit-outs and manage logistics for project completion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or Government Relations.
- 3-5 years of experience in PRO or GRO roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of government portals (QIWA, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.) and application processing.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in document translation from Arabic to English.
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with local roadmaps.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with strong time management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and proven problem-solving abilities.
